Seven years of watching the same doors close

My name is Nina Kowalski. I worked crew on the flying theatre at Canada Place for seven years: launching cabins, checking 102 centimetres with a mark on a post, timing scent cues I could hear in my sleep. I do not work that floor now. I still live in Vancouver. I still walk the pier when the inlet is clean.

This site exists because visitors asked the same practical questions in the holding room: how timed entry works, whether a child will load, whether Saturday is a mistake. I got tired of shouting the answers over a pre-show. I wrote them down.

This website is an independent planning guide, not affiliated with any attraction or its operator. I do not take a cut of tickets. I do not run a desk. If you need a reservation, you deal with the operator. If you need a plan, you can read this.

What this is

A planning guide. Photographs from Wikimedia Commons, credited on the page. Notes from a person who has stood on that load dock in a July crush and in a quiet January.

What this is not

Not the official site. Not a shop. Not a place to argue about a missed window. Email is for the site, not for the operator.
