FAQ

Questions from the holding room

Updated 4 October 2026

Is this the official website?

No. This is an independent planning guide, not affiliated with any attraction or its operator.

Do you sell tickets?

No. We explain how timed entry works; tickets are handled by the operator. There is no checkout on this site.

What if I came from an advertisement?

You are still on an independent planning guide. The ad did not turn this page into a box office. Read the Privacy Policy. Same rules apply.

How long is the flight ride?

About eight minutes of film once the cabin is up, plus a pre-show. It is dense, not long. Plan the walk and the queue as well as the seats.

How tall does a child need to be?

102 centimetres. Under that, they do not load. I measured it with a mark on a post. There is no exception for a near-miss.

Will I get motion sick?

You might. If a large-format cinema bothers you, treat this as that feeling times three. The seats move. Look at a still point in the dome if you have to. Walk out of the pre-show if you already feel off.

I am afraid of heights.

Skip it. You hang. The floor goes away. Canada Place has a solid deck and a view of the same inlet. Use that.

How do I get there?

Waterfront Station is about five minutes on foot. Follow the water. The sails of Canada Place are the landmark.

Is Saturday a bad idea?

It is a busy idea. Even with a timed slot you will queue. Weekday mornings are kinder.

Can you move my slot?

No. I do not have a terminal. Write to the operator on their own channels. Mail to this site is for the guide, not for the load dock.
